Refund Policy
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. Every purchase of the ShortsLaunch ToolKit (the "Product") is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting on the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason within this 30-day window, you may request a full refund and we will return the full purchase price to your original payment method.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@shortslaunch.com within 30 days of your purchase date, including:
- The email address you used at checkout;
- Your full name as it appears on the receipt;
- The date of purchase and order or receipt number (you'll find this in your Stripe receipt email);
- Optionally, a brief note on what didn't work for you — feedback helps us improve, but it is not a requirement for receiving your refund.
We acknowledge refund requests within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
3. Refund method and currency
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds as store credit, vouchers, or to a different card or account. Refunds are made in the same currency in which you were charged (USD). Currency-conversion differences, foreign-exchange fees, or international transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer are not the responsibility of ShortsLaunch and will not be reimbursed.
4. What is covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the full purchase price of the ShortsLaunch ToolKit when purchased directly through our Site at the price listed on the checkout page processed by Stripe.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in the following limited circumstances:
- The request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date;
- The customer has previously received a refund for the same Product and is repurchasing primarily to obtain a second refund;
- The customer has materially breached our Terms of Service, including unauthorised sharing, reproduction, redistribution or resale of the Product;
- The request is made in bad faith, including evidence of large-scale copying or downloading of materials prior to requesting a refund;
- The purchase was made through a third-party reseller, affiliate, or marketplace — in which case the third party's refund policy applies.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank. We resolve almost every issue with a single email, and chargebacks add unnecessary cost and time for both parties. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Product. If a chargeback is filed for a transaction that has already been refunded, or is filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover associated fees.
7. Subscription and recurring charges
The ShortsLaunch ToolKit is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewals. If you see an unexpected recurring charge on your statement that appears to relate to ShortsLaunch, contact us immediately at support@shortslaunch.com so we can investigate.
8. Access after refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the member area, downloads, community, and updates is revoked. You agree to discontinue all use of, and to permanently delete, any copies of the Product in your possession.
9. Statutory and consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
European Union / United Kingdom — right of withdrawal. Where applicable, consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the ShortsLaunch ToolKit is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, by completing the purchase and accessing the materials you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous than the statutory minimum and remains available to all customers worldwide.
10. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in effect on the date you completed checkout.
