Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery

The ShortsLaunch ToolKit consists exclusively of digital products: video lessons, written guides, prompts, templates, downloadable files, and access to a member area and community. No physical items, hardware, or printed materials are shipped.

2. Delivery timing

Access is granted immediately after your payment is successfully processed by Stripe. You will receive an email containing your login credentials and access link within minutes of completing checkout. In rare cases — usually when an email is delayed by the recipient's mail provider — delivery may take up to one hour.

3. If you don't receive your access email

If your confirmation email has not arrived within one hour of payment, please:

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders;
2. Search your inbox for "ShortsLaunch";
3. Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout;
4. If still missing, contact support@shortslaunch.com with the email address used and date of purchase. We will resend access manually, usually within one business day.

4. Geographic availability

The Service is available worldwide. Some third-party tools or services we reference in the course may have geographic restrictions outside of our control. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party platforms or AI tools in your country.

5. Account access duration

Once granted, your access to the ShortsLaunch ToolKit is for the lifetime of the product, including all future updates. Access may be revoked only in the limited cases described in our Terms of Service (e.g. material breach of terms, fraud, refund issued).

6. Technical requirements

To access the Service you need: a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — latest stable version), a stable internet connection, and a valid email account. Some materials require a free Notion account to use the included dashboard.

7. Returns and refunds

Because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, returns in the traditional sense are not possible. Instead, we offer a generous 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for full details.
